I wish I had a complete understanding about the game's back-end. Today (February 19, 2019) I learned TheoWorld most likely provided the Theo Isometric Engine™ for CokeStudios. The pack Clint provided included ElectroServer, which TheoEngine seems to run on (according to their site), and Theo[Brand]'s map editor.

Just look at that Coke machine in their sample game 'Office Space'. You cannot tell me that's a coincidence.

Out of all of the credited people on this game, only 'Alexander Gladky (Rush AX)' seems to have web results. Who knows, she might've just made the stock audio.

Conclusion[]

Either Clint completely converted the game to run in Theo's engine (which I don't think is possible) or games like Habbo, Disney's Virtual Magic Kingdom, and CokeStudios itself began from this engine. I'm honestly shocked that this company is still running. Almost nothing this technical exists from the early 2000s. Take Flash, for example.
