Development example of Sydney

Public Rooms were rooms that were not owned by any individual player. They often resembled a real world location. Most public rooms were facilities to publicly play burned CDs for other users to vote positively or negatively. These rooms also held containers or sometimes bartenders (bots) for players to obtain virtual coke thus earning Decibels. Each room was limited to a 25 user capacity. Many popular rooms had a clone ("London I" and "London II" for example).
